THE MISSION

The primary aim in making this film was to give local filmmakers the opportunity to be a part of a feature film in a professional capacity which we hope will help progress their careers both in front of and behind the camera. We discovered many local talent who participated in making this film such an amazing experience.

Additionally our aim was to work with local businesses such as Preston Baker, Stage 3 Catering, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds Trinity UniversityGateways School, Estabulo Restaurant, Chayopraya and many more.

THE FILM

Even the DISADVANTAGED

Can be HEROES

Ask the Cheat”, an exciting black comedy starring Nick Moran (Lock Stock, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2), Martin Trenaman (The Inbetweeners), Nicole Faraday (Bad Girls, Kill Kane) and introducing Max Abraham.

Max Abraham plays Ben who is caught cheating in his final A-level exam but in return for not reporting him, his Teacher (Nicole Faraday) blackmails him to carry out an even more audacious crime... Help kidnap her cheating husband (Martin Trenaman).

As the film progresses, the kidnapping spirals out of control, further complicated by interfering, quirky characters including an ultra right wing politician (Jeremy Edwards).
